Substantial investment in manufacturing equipment Expansion of our work-in-progress blast freezing storage fourfold Renovation and expansion of our production areas Substantial increase in Quality Assurance staff - a team of inspectors supervise each shift, continually testing for weight, taste, size and appearance of product from each and every production run Construction of a state-of-the-art on premise laboratory for microbiological testing (in addition to utilization of outside laboratories) These improvements will insure that our level of manufacturing and customer service is the best in the industry. Love and Quiches Desserts has been awarded a Superior (A+) rating from the AIB for the past 5 years, and we regularly employ third party auditors such as Cook and Thurber.
