or dinner with salad, late night supper or brunch. Quiche is an excellent
buffet item; keep warm on a steam table. Can be used by anyone...from
the corner deli to the finest dining rooms.
Defrost thoroughly before heating (thaw 24 hours in refrigerator before using.) Heat thawed quiche on baking sheet in 375° degree oven for 40-45 min. or until thoroughly warmed (ovens vary so your actual heating time may be different.) Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Thawed portions may be microwaved until warm. Cover and refrigerate unused portions promptly. |
